Refund policy

We do not accept any returns unless the goods are damaged.

If damaged please contact the shop within 24 hours. 

Any returns must be with the original packaging and original invoice/receipt. You can return to any of our shops or post back to

Please note that Eternity Party Express will not cover the cost of returning items unless faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied. We are unable to offer refunds for seasonably branded products.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
